Open cekbansos.kemensos.go.id, enter your 16-digit NIK as shown on your KTP, type the captcha code, then press Cari Data. If you are registered, you will see your recipient status, the type of aid and your family’s decile.
How to check on your phone
You can check from any phone with a browser. You do not need an account and it is free.
- Open the official siteType cekbansos.kemensos.go.id into your browser. Make sure the address ends in .go.id.
- Enter your 16-digit NIKCopy the NIK exactly as it appears on your KTP or family card (KK), without spaces.
- Type the captcha codeEnter the letters or numbers shown. Reload the code if it is hard to read.
- Press Cari DataWait a few seconds for the result.
- Read the resultLook at the recipient status, program name (for example PKH or BPNT), payment period and family decile.
The official site can change. If it asks for province, regency/city, district, village and name, fill them in exactly as on your KTP — not where you live now.
Take a screenshot of the result. It helps later if you need to ask your facilitator or bank, or file a complaint.

What the results mean
Your family is listed as a recipient. Check the type of aid and its period. The period shows the payment stage; it does not prove the money has reached your account.
The NIK is not listed as a recipient for that period, or some data does not match. Follow the steps below before concluding you are not a recipient.
The result may also show your decile (desil), a welfare ranking from 1 (most in need) to 10. See Check your bansos decile.
Your name or NIK does not appear? Do this
- Re-check the NIKOne wrong digit means no data is found. Compare it with your KTP and family card.
- Try another family member’s NIKAid is often registered under the family caretaker, for example the mother.
- Make sure your civil registration is correctIf the NIK is not recognised, fix it at the civil registration office (Disdukcapil).
- Ask your village officeThe village operator can check whether your family is in the national socio-economic database (DTSEN).
- Submit a proposalUse the Propose (Usul) menu in the Cek Bansos app or go through your village. See How to register for bansos.
The check website will not open
When payment dates are announced, millions of people check at once and the site can slow down. Try the following:
- Try again early in the morning or late at night when fewer people are online.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable, then reload.
- Use the Cek Bansos app instead.
- Type the address yourself. Never open “cek bansos” links sent by WhatsApp or SMS.
The official site always ends in .go.id. Other sites — including CekBansosInfo — cannot show recipient data. Never enter your NIK on a site that is not .go.id.
What is SIKS-NG?
SIKS-NG (Social Welfare Information System – Next Generation) is the system officials and village operators use to manage social welfare data. The public does not need to log in to SIKS-NG. To check your status, use cekbansos.kemensos.go.id or the Cek Bansos app.

Frequently asked questions
Can I check bansos with just my NIK?
Yes. In 2026 the check on cekbansos.kemensos.go.id is reported to need only your 16-digit NIK and a captcha code. If the site asks for your area and name, fill them in as on your KTP.
Does checking cost money?
No. Checking on the official website and app is free. Ignore anyone who asks for money to check or to “approve” your aid.
What does the period in the result mean?
It shows the payment stage for your family. It does not mean the money has arrived; payment still depends on the schedule of the paying bank or PT Pos.
Why is my result different from my neighbour’s?
Each family is assessed on its own socio-economic data (decile). Quotas are also limited, so families in the same decile may not receive the same program at the same time.
Can CekBansosInfo check my data for me?
No. We are an independent information site with no access to recipient data. Only the official Ministry of Social Affairs website and app can check it.
