Real officials never ask for your PIN, OTP or money. Be suspicious of numbers that contact you first offering “fast payment”.
When to file a complaint
- Your name was removed from PKH, BPNT or other aid although your situation has not changed.
- You are listed as a recipient but were not paid after the payment period ended.
- Someone charged a fee, cut your aid or held your KKS card.
- Someone clearly ineligible is receiving aid in your area.
Prepare this before reporting
- Full name and area as on your KTP
- The type of aid and the period with the problem
- A short timeline: when, where and what happened
- Evidence, such as a screenshot of your check result or photos
Only share your NIK through the official channels above, never on social media or in public comments.
Removed from the recipient list
Removal usually follows a DTSEN update (higher decile), changes in family members or an unmatched NIK. Ask your PKH facilitator or village office to re-check, then file a dispute or new proposal in the Cek Bansos app. See the PKH page.
Spotting bansos hoaxes
- Registration links that do not end in .go.id.
- Promises of fast payment if you pay an admin fee.
- Requests for KTP photos, NIK, bank account, PIN or OTP via WhatsApp.
- Programs the government has not announced, such as BSU 2026 claims already denied by the Ministry of Manpower.
