Bank pay-outs use the Family Welfare Card (KKS) from BRI, BNI, Mandiri or BSI (Aceh only). Check your balance at an ATM or bank agent, then withdraw or spend it as the program allows. Some recipients are paid through PT Pos by invitation.

- At a bank branch with your KTP and KKS.
- By asking your local PKH facilitator.
How to collect your aid
PKH
PKH money goes into your KKS account and can be withdrawn at an ATM, bank agent or teller.
BPNT / Sembako
The BPNT balance is spent on food at e-warong shops or appointed agents. In some areas BPNT is paid in cash through PT Pos.

If you receive an invitation letter, go to the stated location with the invitation, KTP and KK.
KKS problems and fixes

Never leave your KKS with anyone or share your PIN, even with people claiming to be officials. If someone holds your KKS, report it through the official complaint channels.
